2021 Australian of the Year Awards - set assembly and take-down

This impressive stage design for the Australian of the year awards was tricky in the middle of Covid-19. Without Sydney-siders being able to travel, I was mobilised as the Southern Highlands team to:
 
  • receive the semi-trailer loaded, and a numbered floor plan for the stage so we knew where it was supposed to go in the space
  • construct the stage and set display, except it didn’t come with any plans, yep, it was a 60 piece jigsaw puzzle based on only a picture
  • all done 6 hours quicker than the year before when plans existed
  • bump out was completed in just 2 hours
  • we’re booked in already for 2022
